We currently accept cash, Venmo, and PayPal.
DO YOU DELIVER? 
Yes! We offer delivery, Monday through Saturday from 8 am – 5 pm. Times outside this timeframe will be at an additional cost. 
DO YOU OFFER SHIPPING? 
We do not offer shipping. We want you to enjoy our items fresh. We do local deliveries only.
HOW MUCH NOTICE IS NEEDED FOR CUSTOM ORDERS? 
Our calendar is filled on a first come, first served basis. Most custom orders will take 48-72 hours to create. We want to make sure your item gets the attention that it deserves. 
I NEED CUSTOM ORDER BUT IT’S LESS THAN A WEEK AWAY.
Please contact us as soon as possible, and we may still be able to assist. All custom orders placed with less than a week notice will require full payment at the time the order is placed. 
OUR EVENT ISN'T UNTIL TOMORROW, DO I NEED TO REFRIGERATE THE CAKE OR COOKIES?
Yes, please keep the cake and cupcakes refrigerated. The cookies can be in a cool room.
​I NEED MY CUSTOM ORDER TO LOOK EXACTLY LIKE THE PICTURE I AM PROVIDING!
We will try our best to replicate the custom order to the best of our abilities. If you want an exact replica of a specific cake, cookie, or cupcake we recommend reaching out to the baker who originally baked it.
I JUST NEED 1 or 2 CUSTOM COOKIES FOR MY SPECIAL DAY OR EVENT, IS THAT POSSIBLE?
Due to the amount of work and time, it takes to make custom cookies, the minimum amount is 4.

CAN YOU GIVE ME A QUOTE?
Initial four (4) quotes are complimentary; after that, we require a consultation fee of $15 for every additional two (2) quotes/images thereafter.  Cake price quotes are held from the date of the quote or consultation until 14 business days thereafter. If we do not receive a 50% deposit within 14 days, your quote may become unavailable and availability may no longer be guaranteed. Quotes for orders due less than 14 days will only be valid for 24 hours. Rush order quotes will only be valid for 1 hour.
CAN I PAY FOR MY ITEMS WHEN I PICK UP? 
Every order will need at least a 50% non-refundable deposit made at the time the order is placed. This deposit is your commitment to the order and ensures our commitment to the time, money, and resources it will take to fulfill your order. We will send you an invoice with your order total, and you’ll need to pay the deposit to secure your place on our calendar. The remaining balance will need to be paid at least 24 hours ahead of your order or your order will not be completed or delivered. If your order is placed less than a week before pickup, full payment is due at the time the order is placed.
WHY ARE YOUR PRICES WAY MORE THAN THE LOCAL GROCERY STORE? 
We do our best to provide the lowest prices possible, using high quality ingredients, and every item is handcrafted and made from scratch. We don’t use robots, top of the line equipment, or the cheapest ingredients to save a dollar. We believe our products are worth the extra price and hope that you feel the same.
SOMETHING HAS COME UP, HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER AND/OR GET A REFUND?
To cancel a custom order, we require a minimum of 7 days. If a cancellation is received after the cancellation deadline, the 50% non-refundable deposit will be forfeited. If the cancellation is received after an order has been completed, all money paid will be forfeited.
There are no refunds for custom orders, completed orders, and deposits. If you believe there was an error on our end, please reach out to us immediately, so we may evaluate the concern. 
DO YOU OFFER ANY DISCOUNTS? 
Yes! We offer a 20% discount for active duty service families, military veterans, first responders, and teachers. Just present your ID card or badge as proof, and we will take care of the rest. 
DO YOU OFFER GLUTEN FREE OPTIONS? 
As of right now, we do not. If you need a recommendation, try out Que Bella Bakery.

WEDDING CAKES

DO YOU OFFER WEDDING CAKE TASTINGS? 
Yes! We offer wedding cake tastings for up to 2 people total for $20. If more than 2 people are wanting to attend, each additional attendee is $10 per person. You will get to taste up to 3 cake flavors of your choice and up to 3 fillings. If you need more than 3, we can accommodate at an additional charge. At each tasting, we will discuss the design of your cake, so please bring any ideas or photos for inspiration. 
Please keep in mind that cake samples are prepared specifically for you. We ask for the courtesy of 48 hours' notice if your appointment needs to be rescheduled.

I WANT TO RESERVE MY WEDDING DATE FOR YOUR CALENDAR, BUT I’M NOT READY TO MAKE DESIGN DECISIONS OR SCHEDULE A TASTING.
You may reserve your date with a $50 retainer. This retainer is non-refundable but guarantees your spot on our calendar for your special day. Final arrangements need to be made at least 4 weeks prior to your wedding.
HOW MUCH NOTICE IS NEEDED FOR WEDDING CAKES? 
The earlier, the better, but we ask for at least one-month notice to ensure that you receive a spot on our calendar. Even if your wedding is approaching fast, please contact us, as we may still be able to assist you on your special day. 
CAN WE MAKE CHANGES TO OUR ORDER? 
Yes! Changes can be made up until 4 weeks before your wedding date. 
AM I ABLE TO GET EACH TIER A DIFFERENT FLAVOR? 
Yes! There is no additional cost to do more than one flavor. 
DO YOU DELIVER WEDDING CAKES, AND IF SO, WHAT IS THE COST? 
Yes! Wedding cake delivery starts at $25 for locations in the TriCity, Oklahoma area, Monday through Saturday. With additional charges for wedding cake deliveries outside the area or on Sundays.  
DO YOU SET UP, AND IF SO, WHAT IS THE COST? 
Yes! We offer setup for our cakes and cupcakes. Setup includes placing desserts on their respective stands/platters, so please make sure any display pieces that you are providing are on the dessert table ahead of our arrival. Set-up also includes finishing the cake onsite (adding flowers, fruit, or other requested decor or toppers).
